What you need on the day of departure

A "driver's license valid in Japan" is required. We will confirm this during check-in on the day of departure. Please be sure not to forget it — we cannot rent a car to anyone without a driver's license.

Can I still rent a car if I forget my license on the day?

We're very sorry, but we cannot rent a car to anyone who cannot present a driver's license at departure.

Is there a shuttle to the airport?

After you return the car, our staff will drive you to the airport. On the day of pickup, please take a taxi to our shop; we will reimburse the full fare when you show the receipt.

I only have an international driving permit — can I still rent a car?
